Message from Chief Allen

Welcome to the Sparks Police website.

It is an honor for me and the members of the Sparks Police to represent public safety for the City of Sparks.  We understand the privilege we have been entrusted with to protect and serve the citizens of Sparks and visitors to our great city.  The Sparks Police has a proud history of community partnerships in the relentless pursuit of crime and the reduction of its effect.

Please take a few minutes to navigate through our website.  You will find throughout the website that there are dedicated and professional members of the department in every division, section or unit.  We have added a section on police data increasing the level of transparency from your police department.  You will also find ways to get involved with the police department through Neighborhood Watch groups or being a member of our volunteer (Volunteers Assisting Sparks Community) program.

The men and women of the Sparks Police look forward to meeting the challenges that are before us and providing unparalleled policing services.

Sincerely,

Brian Allen
Chief of Police
