Commercial Burglary/Attempted Uttering of Forged Instrument

On 10/2/2017, three male subjects entered the Western Village Casino located at 815 Nichols Blvd. in Sparks, Nevada. The male subjects, described as a white male adult wearing a black Zildjan t-shirt, a black male adult wearing a black t-shirt, and a Hispanic male adult wearing an orange t-shirt, approached the casino cashier. The white male and the black male approached separate tellers while the Hispanic male waited in line. Both subjects presented payroll checks from the same local business. The teller quickly realized that the checks were fraudulent and refused to cash them.

The white male subject ran from the casino, leaving the check and a fraudulent ID card behind. The black male subject took the check and his ID and left the casino. The Hispanic male subject left without attempting to cash his check. The three subjects were able to get away before casino security could apprehend them.  At this time, there is no further suspect information and no suspect vehicle has been identified.

The Sparks Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the three subjects dipicted in the attached photographs.
