On 1/8/2020 the Sparks Police Department was contacted and advised a Nelson YOUNGSTER walked away from his residence on Stine Way at 1830 hours and has failed to return.  YOUNGSTER suffers from numerous mental health disorders such as Schizophrenia and Depression.  YOUNGSTER is assigned to take medications to treat his disorders.  YOUNGSTER has failed to take his prescribed medications and will be in need of assistance. If located, please contact the non emergency number for Sparks Dispatch at 353-2231 to advise of his whereabouts.
