On 11/06/2018 at about 8:28 p.m. the Sparks Police, Sparks Fire and Remsa responded to the area of 18th and C St., for a report of multiple shots fired. As officers were responding, a caller advised dispatch there was a victim of a gun shot on the ground. When officers arrived they located a white male who had been shot. The shooter, who was a male, remained on scene and was cooperative with law enforcement. The male with the gun shot wound was transported by Remsa to a local hospital and was treated for non-life threatening injuries. The shooter and several witnesses voluntarily responded to the Police station to be interviewed by detectives.


There has been no arrests made at this time. This is an ongoing investigation, so names of the involved parties will not be released at this time.
